The Grid by Brian Miller - Reviews

Post-apocalyptic sci-fi thriller novel | Ancient AI Awakens in 2137

Thanks for making it over to the review page, and I want you to take your time. What I've set here is the links to the pages where you can leave a 5-star review. The best way to do this to make it easy and fast - and again, I do appreciate it because this helps get this in front of other readers. Without this scoring process, it's hard for a new writer to get a foothold.

I hope you enjoyed reading or listening to my first novel, which is actually book two of my series. When writing your review, mention your favorite characters or scenes - just keep it spoiler-free so others can discover the surprises themselves.

Here's the process: write your review, copy it, leave your 5-star rating, then move to the next platform and paste it there. You might have to scroll down a page to find the review section, but go ahead and paste it and leave another 5-star review. By doing that, I want to say thank you for taking the time to do this.

Make sure you get subscribed that way you know of any upcoming releases - you will not be put on an autoresponder. These updates will come from me and me only.

One last word: I totally get you - TGU all the way!

A Personal Note from Me:

"In the early days when I was writing The Grid, people would stop by my facility asking what I was doing - I was pretty excited because I really enjoy writing and I always wanted to write. I'd grab some chapters laying around on my desk and say 'here, just read this' and it kind of went from there.

When I was writing Chapter 5 of The Grid, that was fun to bring everything to life even further, and this was on my 12th or 13th rewrite! Truly amazing. But the hardest part for me writing this novel was Chapter 9. After everything that happened in Chapter 8, it was hard to get my thoughts back together. How do I pull away from something so cinematic, so realistic? It was hard, it truly was hard.

Some of my favorite scenes I wrote were the meals and people getting together. Even though they were under stress most of the time, they found a way to push forward. I found some of the scenes I'd written very comical, alive, and yet felt really realistic to me. What I wrote about in this story is people working together - did you feel that?

I hope you enjoy it and the novels to come.
